WeLIFT is extremely fortunate to have a Board of Directors that are engaged in our work, study social research and trends and are compassionate about making system changes to better serve our communities.
Our board is composed of 6 individuals who meet every other month or as needed to help create policy and programs that will decrease barriers to employment for people of all ages. Our board terms are every 2 years with the opportunity to run for 3 total terms.

We are always looking for new board members with lived experience and professional passion to take WeLIFT and our mission to new heights.
Scott Schurman, takes time out to work with our At-Risk Youth Program and educates them about Downing Construction, careers in construction and career path suggestions.
